At Kabul Fashion Tailor Studio, your satisfaction means everything to us. Every piece we create is crafted with care, attention, and love for great tailoring. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help you get it sorted in the smoothest way possible.

Returns

We gladly accept returns for unused, unwashed, and undamaged items within 7 days of delivery. Simply make sure the original tags and packaging are still intact.

Please note:
Because our tailored items are custom-made according to your measurements, custom orders cannot be returned unless there is a mistake on our end.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you. If approved, we will process your refund back to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or want a different design, we’re happy to arrange an exchange. For custom items, we’ll work with you to adjust or remake the piece if necessary (when the error is from our side).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously. If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We’ll replace or fix the issue right away — with no extra cost.
