• For custom pieces, please double-check your measurements before submitting. Incorrect measurements provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
• If we ever need clarification about your order, we may reach out for additional information to ensure accuracy.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices listed on our website include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept major online payment methods. Payments must be completed at checkout for order processing to begin.
• Prices may change over time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times vary depending on whether your item is custom-made or ready-to-ship.
• We will always give an estimated delivery window, but unexpected delays (such as courier issues or public holidays) may occur.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our items are custom-made, returns or refunds are not always possible.
However, we do offer support in the following cases:

• There is a manufacturing defect.

For ready-made products, exchanges may be available if the item is unused and returned in original condition. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Cancellations

• Custom orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already begun.
• Ready-made item orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

We work hard to provide up-to-date and accurate product images, descriptions, and sizing guides.
However, small variations in fabric color or details may occur due to lighting, screen differences, or handcrafting processes.
